The CXO Portals first Advisory Board meeting of 2024 took place recently. After the Happy new Year’s were done and dusted we discussed as a group, 2024 focuses – thus giving us Volume 2’s Newsletter.
Aptly titled ‘2024’s Priorities’ the 90 minutes was split into bite sized sections starting with ‘2024; What are the Areas of Focus for a Senior Leader?’
The Board shared their ‘Business Areas of Focus’. The Newsletter over two jam packed pages, covers:
