Walk 30 Miles in September Challenge – ‘ In Aid of the Alzheimer’s Society.
CXO Portals collectively participated this month in the ‘Walk 30 Miles in September Challenge’ in aid of our chosen 2024 charity Alzheimer’s Society.
The challenge was for us to each walk approximately 30 miles and owning dogs with a few planned holidays thrown in meant we exceeded this and collectively walked 270 miles – weather hasn’t always been the best! ⛈️ ☔
The fundraiser for Dementia UK encourages people to walk 30 miles at their own pace and in their local area.

Donate £12 – Pay for a companion call to someone who is feeling alone and isolated
Donate £30 – Pay for 2 hours of expert guidance from a Dementia Adviser
Donate £50 – Pay for half a day of research by a PhD student
